Wellbeing workshop –
1 hour workshop to help you identify, manage and reduce stress to improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
Learn how your lifestyle choices maybe causing a lot of your stress, which in turn leaves your hormones out of balance and possibly storing fat, gaining weight and many other health issues too.
Emma will guide you through the stress response and what you can do to improve your overall health and happiness to take back control instead of allowing stress control you.

A big company from London hired this amazing new property in Kidwelly for a team building weekend. They booked us to pamper them on the Sunday, it all went brilliantly so grateful to have such an amazing team of mobile therapists 😍 and thank you to my mum Helen Brown who did an amazing job as our little receptionist for the day 🤗.
