Hi, I’m Laura — the face behind Fresh Therapy

Fresh Therapy was created from my love of bringing people together, helping them switch off, laugh more, relax properly and feel amazing, whether that’s at a birthday, hen party, baby shower, corporate event or just an excuse to gather your favourite people.

I wanted to create something that feels effortless, indulgent and fun. No rushing around, no stressful planning, no salon trips, just gorgeous treatments, good energy and a little bit of luxury brought straight to your door, through mobile pamper parties.

For me, it’s never just about the treatments. It’s about creating those feel-good moments people remember long after the event is over.
