How do I make a booking?
- Once you have decided upon a date, time and venue you need to email us with a list of everyone’s name and what packages / treatments you would like.
- Please state if you have any medical conditions and if anyone is pregnant before booking. There will be an online covid 19 consultation form that everyone will need to complete. We also advise not to drink alcohol before or after your treatments.
- There is then a 50% non refundable deposit to be paid via bank transfer to secure your date and therapists. The final balance is due no later than two weeks before the booking. For all bookings under a month away full payment is required.
- A Treatment Schedule is then devised for you to ensure smooth running of your party (partially for larger bookings), this is usually emailed to you a month prior to your booking.
What do we need to provide for the party?
All our therapists will arrive with their own products and equipments but we kindly ask if you can make sure there is enough room for a massage couch and provide table and chairs for manicures and pedicures.
Due to covid 19 clients must provided their own towel for massage (ideally two large bath towels). We recommend everyone to wear bath robes if receiving body or facial treatments.
What areas do you cover?
Currently we cover the whole of wales bringing the spa experience to the home, hotel, holiday let, office and event. We can also cover other parts of the UK but we recommend that you give us as much notice as possible.
